Return And Right Of Withdrawal Policy
RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY
1. Parties
This Return and Right of Withdrawal Policy applies to sales made through the website unicraf.com, operated by Hudita Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Seller").
2. General Provisions
Some of the products offered for sale on unicraf.com are produced custom-made in accordance with the customer's request, selection, dimensions, design, name, logo, image, text, or other personal specifications.
By completing the order, the customer is deemed to have accepted that the product will be produced in line with their own request and that the following provisions will apply.
3. Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products
Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Article 15/1-ç of the Regulation on Distance Contracts;
"The right of withdrawal cannot be used in contracts relating to goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's wishes or personal needs."
In this context, there is no right of withdrawal or refund after production has commenced for any products that are:
- Produced in accordance with the customer's request,
- Modified in terms of name, logo, image, text, color, dimensions, or design,
- Specially manufactured upon order,
- Objectively impossible to be sold to another customer.
4. Defective or Faulty Products
In the following cases, the customer may contact the Seller within the scope of the applicable legislation starting from the delivery date of the product:
- Delivery of the wrong product,
- Production that differs from the ordered design,
- Presence of a manufacturing defect,
- Delivery of a defective (damaged/faulty) product,
- Damages documented to have occurred during transit.
In such cases, the product will be inspected by the Seller, and if the defect is determined to be the Seller's fault, one of the following remedies, as appropriate, will be offered to the customer in accordance with the legislation:
- Free reproduction,
- Free exchange,
- Price refund.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
The following cases are not accepted as valid grounds for return or exchange:
- Subsequent dislike of the design approved by the customer,
- Incorrect name, text, or image information entered by the customer,
- Reasonable color tone differences between screen colors and print colors due to manufacturing techniques,
- Changes in personal preference,
- Products that have been used, damaged, or have lost their merchantable quality.
6. Inspection Process
Following a return or defect claim, the product is examined by the technical team. If the inspection confirms that the defect is caused by the manufacturing process, necessary actions will be taken in compliance with the legislation.
7. Enforcement
This policy is valid for all orders placed on unicraf.com and is deemed to have been read, understood, and accepted by the customer upon completion of the order.
